A: Normally, our MOQ is 50-3000pcs according to the products. But we could accept lower MOQ for trial orders.

Q2. Can I get samples?
A: Yes, for samples in stock only 2days; and designed samples with appointed color/logo could be provided within 5 days, and the
cost could be refund once order confirmed.

Q3. What about the materials?
A: All the materials we use is food safety grade, and passed the LFGB and other 3rd party tests. If you have any special
requirements, we could provide you professional suggestions with 10-years exporting experiences.

Q4. How long is the production time?
A: For normal order, it will be about 7-30days; and if you have any urgent needs, we will try our best to coordinate with you.

Q5. What about the insulations?
A: Normally, it depends on the products capacity and the construction, and we can guarantee that our products could keep at least
12hours cold and 6 hours for hot.

Q6. How is the quality control?
A: As a reliable factory, we treat quality as our life! We have own quality control department, and exclusive QC for each
production lines, to make sure that every semi-finished parts and the finished products can get a higher standard than customer's
request.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Although we have strict quality control during the production and before products shipping out,we will also provide a warranty
and compensation if any quality problems happens by us.

Q8: What's your payment terms?
A: Normally, 30% T/T pre-payment & the balance against copy of BL, LC at sight;For trial order, you can also try to use Paypal,
Payoneer etc.It is negotiable.

Q9. Could we mix different products for container load?
A: Of course, we can help you to mix different products as you want, but pls note each of item qty should not be less than MOQ.We
have the special system to help you calculate each volume&qty in one container, to full using the contain.
